Returns & Refunds

7-day return window

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all tags intact.

How to request a return

  1. Use the Contact page and share your order ID along with photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review and arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
  3. Once we receive and verify the product, your refund is initiated.

Refunds

Prepaid refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD refunds are issued via UPI/bank transfer to a number/account you provide.

Non-returnable items

Items marked as final sale, personal-care items, and products without their original packaging cannot be returned.
